Observation

On 2/3/23 at your initial to full inspection the licensor observed shampoo, body wash and other personal hygiene items labeled keep out of the reach of children accessible to children on the shower floor in the licensed bathroom. There was also toothpaste and other hygiene products labeled keep out of the reach of children accessible to children above the bathroom toilet. On 2/3/23 at your initial to full inspection the licensor noted the garage where construction is taking place was accessible to children. Must put a lock on the door that is inaccessible to children or lock with key needed on door from the inside. On 2/3/23 it was noted that the toilet brush in the licensed bathroom was accessible to children
